Before production, both parties should confirm important details such as drawings, samples, colors, specifications, tolerances, packaging and order quantity. Once production begins, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs and extended lead time.

5. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Paijia Aluminum are based on the information available at the time of quotation, including product specifications, quantity, material cost, surface treatment, processing requirements, packaging method and delivery terms.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are not final purchase agreements and may be adjusted if product requirements, raw material costs, exchange rates, packaging needs, shipping conditions or order quantities change.

Prices shown on the website, if any, are for reference only. Final prices must be confirmed by written quotation or formal communication with our sales team.

6. Samples

Samples may be provided upon request, depending on product type, customization requirements and availability.

Sample costs, mold costs, processing costs and shipping costs should be confirmed before sample preparation. For customized samples, the production time may vary depending on complexity, material availability and surface treatment requirements.

7. Orders and Confirmation

Customers should carefully check all order details before confirmation. Paijia Aluminum is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be agreed before order confirmation.

Depending on the order type, product customization level and cooperation terms, payment may include deposit payment before production and balance payment before shipment.

Orders will not proceed to production or shipment until the agreed payment has been received. Any bank charges, transfer fees or payment-related costs shall be handled according to the agreement between both parties.

9. Production Lead Time

Production lead time depends on product type, order quantity, customization complexity, raw material availability, surface treatment process, packaging requirements and factory production schedule.

Any lead time provided by Paijia Aluminum is an estimated time unless clearly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortage, equipment maintenance, logistics delay, customs inspection, weather conditions, force majeure events or changes requested by the customer.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate production progress and support timely delivery.

10. Packaging and Shipping

We provide suitable packaging according to product type, order requirements and transportation method. Packaging may include protective film, foam, cartons, wooden cases, pallets or other protective solutions.

Shipping terms, freight costs, delivery method, shipping documents and destination details should be confirmed before shipment.

Unless otherwise agreed, risk of loss or damage may transfer according to the agreed trade terms or once the goods are handed over to the carrier, forwarder or customer-appointed logistics provider.

Customers are responsible for checking the goods after arrival and reporting any visible damage, shortage or abnormal condition within a reasonable time.

11. Inspection and Quality Control

Paijia Aluminum aims to provide stable product quality through reasonable production control, inspection and packaging protection.

Quality inspection may include checking dimensions, surface condition, processing details, quantity, packaging and general appearance before shipment.

For customized products, acceptable tolerances, inspection standards and special quality requirements should be clearly confirmed before production. If no specific standards are agreed, general industry standards and practical production tolerances shall apply.

12. Returns, Replacement and Claims

Because many of our products are customized, returns or cancellations may not be accepted once production has started or goods have been completed, unless there is a confirmed quality issue caused by Paijia Aluminum.

If the customer believes there is a product issue, the customer should provide clear evidence such as photos, videos, inspection reports, order documents and packaging information within a reasonable time after receiving the goods.

After reviewing the claim, Paijia Aluminum may provide a reasonable solution depending on the situation, such as replacement, repair suggestion, partial compensation or other agreed solution.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer specifications, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable storage, transportation damage caused by third-party logistics, or normal production variations within agreed tolerance.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate product requirements, confirming order details, arranging timely payment, checking shipping information and ensuring that the products are suitable for their intended use.

Customers should also ensure that any drawings, designs, trademarks, logos, product concepts or samples provided to Paijia Aluminum do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

14. Intellectual Property
